- Lower wind resistance: The rounded polygonal outline has better wind passing performance, which significantly improves placement stability in outdoor open grass areas and reduces the safety risk of side wind tipping.
- No dead-angle play experience: The enclosed circular space eliminates corner blind spots, and the ball rebounds more smoothly, which is more suitable for diversified group activities besides football.
2. Material Selection: The Commercial Gold Standard of 0.55mm Plato PVC Tarpaulin
In our Inflatable Knowledge system, material thickness is not the thicker the better — the balance of durability, weight and cost performance is the core of commercial products. We select Plato 0.55mm PVC tarpaulin for this arena, which is recognized as the gold standard for commercial rental inflatables in the industry:
- Below 0.45mm is mostly for household low-frequency products, which cannot withstand repeated folding and inflation;
- Thicker than 0.6mm will sharply increase the overall weight, doubling the difficulty of transportation and setup, while the improvement of air tightness and wear resistance is very limited.
